As the owner of two Ms I can tell you they are good machines. My first I kinda inherited from Dad but my other was a basket case.Although in tact inthad been sitting for an unknown amount of time. As the guy I bought it from said "That old piece of junk has been sitting there since I bought the place in 75."I got it in 96.After several hours of weed cutting I got it out and home to the shop.I had already planned to rebuild the engine but for curiousities sake I decided to try to start it up.After some tinkering and cussing and a few cold ones I got it to turn over and after a carb kit and points set and plugs she started up.Although smoking quite heavily I might add.Its restored now new engine and all.Bob is right check for those wasp nest real close.(Thats why I was doing the cussing)Take your time with it and dont get too excited when you see that first puff of smoke!!I think shell run with a litle patience!
