You guys have good advice and I need some so here goes. I have a Super W-4 that the axle seals are leaking. To access the seals I need to remove the cast hub (the parts book calls it a wheel). The hub slides on the axle, which is splined and it is held on by a bolt thru the hub into the axle. I have heard horror stories about how hard these come off. I had some one tell me to remove the whole carrier/axle and hub and get it in a large press to seperate. Does anyone have any experiences with this or any suggestions?? Thanks in advance
