Redrev - Dropping the belly pump is fairly straightforward - there's no big surprises waiting. Here's how I did mine: 1 - Drained the unit (1/2" pipe plug in the bottom). Reinstall the plug to keep dirt out. 2 - Removed (unscrewed) hyd 3 outlet connections thru the left and right sides of the tractor frame, also the fill connection thru the top. 3 - Removed the drive coupling: Take out the cotter pin from one of the sleeves then slide the sleeve aside to free the coupling. 4 - Supported the pump assembly with a floor jack and removed the 4 capscrews that hold it to the belly. 5 - Carefully lower the pump down. Use caution here - it's extremely top heavy and will want to tip over and fall off the jack as it clears the bottom of the belly. Best if you have a helper for this step! Soon as you get the pump, down stick pipe plugs into each opening to keep dirt out.
