I suspect that the magneto came from a different tractor as the impulse only works when turned in the direction opposite of that when powered by the tractor. Can this impulse system be changed so that the magneto works when turned in the opposite direction? How does the assembly holding the weights come off? Does it unscrew or is it pressed on and come off with some kind of puller? I'm not sure it can be changed, but I suspect it can.
