1946 farmall cub

The tractor stars up fine and Idles , but when you increase the throttle it will run for a few secs. then quit , If you add about 3/4 choke it will run better, If you run the screew all the way in it seems to run a little bit better to try and fix the problum I did a valve job have 75 lbs compression on all clyd,s rings must be worn a little,
the timing is corect, installed new points and condencer, rotor rotor cap, cleaned the fuel tank and lines, got good fuel flow to the carb rebuilt the carb , Diden know the flot setting so I left it the same it has a soled needle and seat no sings of whair on eather no sticking eather , no holes in the foat New head gasket new manafold gasket, new coil, recheked the timing , after all this no chang ? used soape to try and see if I had a air leek couldent find eney the tractor Idles good jut wont run long if you give it the throttle
Gov seems to be working ok'also, Iam open for just about eney sugestions to get it runing right,
