When I first saw them I thought they did look rather ugly but after getting used to seeing tractors with a monster tank in the middle of the hood they seem to have a charm of their own. If you thought the LP gas doesn't flow with the tractors styling you should see a tractor with a producer gas system on it. Mostly found on European tractors from the continent during the '30's and war years. It looks like someone strapped something a bit bigger than an oil drum to the side or front and put a chimney on it! They were painted black as well regardless of tractor colour. SAm in NS
