444 vs 454

Hope you guys can help me. I have a chance to buy a 444 or a 454 locally. Both seem to be in good shape the 444 #'s do not match. The guy is asking $4500 for the 444 and $5200 for the 454. Is this a reasonable price and what is the difference in the two tractors(HP, Hyd,etc)
