Mike, I agree with most of these guys, probably fluid leaking by seals in cylinder. Mine will leak down too, it's not a problem when driving around the place, I just chain it up if out on the road to be safe. What kind of International Hoe have you got? Mines a 460 Utility, I think '61 model. You say you just got it, if you don't mind, what did you have to give?
