Les Schwab, our tire guys out here in the Pacific N.W. offers a service that fills your tires with foam. It hardens. I had it in my front tires on the Kubota I used to own. I kept puncturing the front tires with sticks. It gave it a harder ride, and when the tires wore out they had to be cut off. It added some weight too. Easier to cut than cement, and easier to get it in the tube. I have seen the face of tires filled with cement. (For weight) The rim and tire were removed at the bearings, laid flat and cemented up.
