Not a lot. The main things are that the steering post was raised so the steering column slants down from wheel to bolster, and the governor was turned up from 1450 to 1650 RPM for a couple of extra horsepower. A breather was added to the valve cover, and the valve cover mount went from 2 fasteners to 3. A stud was added to the center rocker arm shaft mount to make the third fastener. The breather/valve cover mods may have been done on late F12's as well, I'm not sure about that. Virtually ALL parts are interchangeable between an F12 and an F14.
