All I've ever seen PB Blaster in is a spray can, It shoots out a stream of oil if you use the little tube that comes with the can.
I'd figure on useing most of a full can to free up the engine. How long has the M sat since it was stuck?
I'd also remove the valve cover and soak the valve stems with the spray also.
If the tractor has not sat for a long time with the engine stuck you may be able to break it loose with out pulling the head. but if the cylinders sat with water in them for more than a couple months, I plan on pulling the head. most likely you'll need to replace sleeves and pistons.
I hope you get lucky and can get it freed up.
