The parts book has an exploded view of the carb, but that is all I can help you with there. They come apart different than you think they will and it is easy to break off the suction tube (the steel pipe through the center, not the copper bowl vent tube on the outside)which holds the whole thing together.One thing to note is there are very few gaskets used on those carbs!One where it bolts to the manifold, one on the small brass housing where the fuel line screws on and I think that is about it. There is a dust shield or a fiber washer that goes on the choke shaft at the top( I made one from a red fiber washer from the hardware store)I am fairly certain (99.995%) that yours should be a kerosene burner,with 3 caps on the tank, and should have the starting tank , water tank and kero tank.The water tank fed water into the fuel mix to keep the engine from spark knocking.In 29 they came out with an all fuel manifold that could be changed by rotating a valve and unbolting and flipping over a baffle near the top of the manifold. There were a few options like rear wheel scrapers, carbide searchlight, different types of hitches,PTO etc. As Far as paint goes, grey on the whole tractor except for red on the wheels. Belt pullys are grey,Tank straps including the cloth strap pads, heads and valve covers are grey,Fans are grey on the early ones, but not totally certain about fans on 27 and up to 36. I have seen several that had red fans and have seen none with grey except an original 1926 10-20.My guess is they were grey but had been replaced at one point. I screwed up and painted my belt pulley red on the inside and my fan red also. My 29 10-20 had a red fan when I got it and the parts tractor also had red and also lot of other ones I looked at, so that is what I went by. Later I found out that replaced fans were common because the hubs would go bad and eat the fan into the overflow tubes or worse. Most of these I have seen with red replaced fans also had the newer style radiator with the oval shaped tubes instead of the round tubes. There was also red paint on the cylinder head on mine but I think it had been worked on or replaced at some point.Just remeber, these things were almost completely assembled when they were originally painted so paint everything but the wheels grey. you can always go back an repaint the fan blade red if you find out you need to.
