There was an extension to bolt to the drawbar that was part of the PTO option. It was just a triangular piece of steel with holes to bolt to the drawbar with 3/4 inch bolts. If you bought a new tractor with the PTO, you got that piece with it. Of course most are now gone. I have an M parts book, not an H, but for the M, the IH part no. is 66426D. I have one on my MD, so if you want, could measure the length, but I think it is around a foot long.
