Sod...I am located in central Missouri south of Jefferson City. You hit the nail on the head when you said 30 miles away from the jerks! I have lived in town for roughly 20 years now, and frankly had enough of inconsiderate neighbors watching every move, and the local government getting more and more involved in what you can (or cannot) do or what you can park in your drive. Where this farm is located when I look out my front door there shouldn't be anybody looking back, as all in sight is mine (110 acres). The only problem I forsee is that the jerks come out there on occasion to party on a creek which runs through the property and trash everything, and have broken into anything which might contain something of value. Shouldn't take long to shut this down once someone is there most of the time though.
