What you need to check is the arm that goes to the load control shaft. To check this take off the 3rd link cover and look on the right side of the case. There is an arm that comes up from the bottomof the case along side of the PTO. And there is an other spring loaded arm that comes down from the top. Check to see if the top arm is to the back of the lower arm. The spring loaded arm slips past the other arm and the 3pt will not go down. To get the arm back. I take a rope and go around the top arm and get someone to help you pry the lower arm over and pull the upper arm by . If you have any questions email me
