Possible? Yes. Will it last long? NO! The F-12 only had around 10 horsepower on the drawbar. Maybe 14 on the PTO. A 3208 Cat will destroy the transmision and rearend in short order. If you are just going to use it for parades, then go ahead. I would think the frame rails will need strengthening also. Steven
