Lionel, I would do some searching in this board and some of the other boards on this site regarding sandblasting. It does an excellent job, but many people have posted that when they sand blasted an assembled tractor, no matter how careful they were covering openings, they ended up getting sand in places they did not want it. That could get expensive. Best bet is to take off the tractor anything you want to sandblast. I tore down my 1945 M for sandblasting, then I didn't have to work about tape. -BTD
