You can look on the classifieds on this board to get an idea of value, but here is what I have seen over the last several months.

First, ALL tractors ran last time they were parked, so that info isn't very helpful. But, it does mean that it is all there and it probably isn't stuck. Still, it is not running - a significant issue to a prospective buyer.

Price on these old ones seems to range from about $500 for one as you describe to $2500 or even more for one restored. Condiditon of the tires makes a big difference. I'm told regulars don't have sleeves readily available anymore (Not the same as an F20's which are available) so if it needs a total rebuild it will be harder finding parts.

Yes, there are lots of implements that are custom for old farmalls. They also are available, more often with an old tractor than by themselves. My F12 has a two bottom plow, a blade, a cultivator and a mower.
