Well lets get down to some things here , (1) Does your PTO work??? if ya have no PTO then ya ain't going to have any hyd's. anywhere (2) does the three point go up or down ??? if not then back to # 1 If the PTO is not working then ya have a problem with the PTo input . Now if it is working and ya are full of hyd. fluid and it has a new filter and it is still not picking up prime then ya run the engine at 2000 RPM and turn the steering wheel to the left till it picks up prime or after 2-3 mins. of this and still no prime . Then ya can try taken a blow gun and removing the trans dip stick and stick the nozzel down in there a bit and with a rag to sorta help hold the air in with the engine running at lets say 12-1500 RPM blow air in , it will take a bit to pressure up the transmission . NOw be warned that doin this can and will give ya a bath in hyd oil if ya just pull the blow gun out fast after she does pick up prime . Just don't get carried away with pressure lets say that 10-20 lbs will do the job . Now as for pressure checking first you will need a good gauge that can read 600 lbs atleast depending where ya check if ya are going to test at the teltail lite then a gauge that reads up to 60 lbs is fine and it should read around 10-15 lbs there on the bottom lower right ya should have around 235-300 depending on what spring is in the pressure reg. you will also need the fittings to make the hook up . Now be warned don't go and think that will just start adden homemade shims here and there and will make this puppy work you will not be the first that launched the MCV into orbit . Since i have no idea on where your at and more then likely i can't just run over myself ya may be way ahead of the game to BIT THE BULLET and seek PRofessional help as you both can waste a ton of time and money foolen with it and end up getting hurt or screwnsomething up that will cost more then the repair itself would.
