Spotted an IH 1206. Opinions Please (GULP!)

As I was returning from the farm, I saw a nice looking IH 1206 in a dealer's lot that I have done business with before. Here are the details.

1972 diesel with turbo.
tires 50 percent plus.
very clean and always shedded.
recent alternator.
5600 hours.
TA rebuilt and radiator re-cored.
clutch rebuilt at 4,000 hours give or take.
No cab.
3 point and dual hydraulics.
One owner who traded for a new Massey (won't comment on that)

The dealer is asking $8900 but I think I can get him to come down to $8,500.

To me it seems like a decent price for the con!--top: 22095-->
