I have a 1952 Super-C that is the mirror of your tractor for the most part. The touch control at the steering wheel has two levers. The one on the left controls tilt side to side of the plow, the one on the right controls your draft or agile of tillage at the plow point. The hydraulics should be disconnected at the lift shat so it can float, this is done by rmoving a pin from the lift arm. Second make sure that your draft link is secure, as well as, your tilt link. If all these components are correct you should be able to plow and relagate the depth with the touch controll as was designed. If you have any questions e-mail for my phone number.
