Well I don't know what they would be called exactly Hug? They are a set that are about as wide as my 100 and each assembly of discs canted in a bit. I didn't start turning with them until I pretty much chewed up the ground and got everything loose. I think I tried turning with them once or twice but it was nearly impossible unless I picked them up a bit so for the first 4 runs or so I just went parralel to the rows or intersected them each time lifting them out just as I got to the edge of the garden. After I chopped it in chunks I started having fun and cutting doughnuts and eights in the middle and corners just to get the chunks chopped up fine. That was pretty much all I did until the guy came and talked to me. Hmmmmm? Maybe I should have used a bottom plow instead of the discs? Would that have been better to get all of the roots and stuff down?????
