cub carburetor adjustments

I just got my Cub back up and running for the year, but I'm having troubles with the carb as usual. It finally ran today, but needs adjustment. The throttle has no effect when I back it down. I cna get her to rev higher by pushing the throttle open, but she won't drop down to idle. What do I need to adjust?
