1)Tighten them as much as you can using a box end wrench without a cheater bar. 2)Use the tractor for a while and repeat step #1. 3) Repeat step #2 several times. My manual does not show a specific torque value. Make sure you are using grade 5 or 8 bolts that are not too long. Greg
