Mine almost killed me: I am not a stranger to heavy equipment, I'v been around it literally all my life. I like to think that I have a good head on my shoulders. One day though, while I was trying to move an old dead van with my H, all my sense left me. I tried once with the 3 point draw bar down low to drag it along. When that did not work, I thought..."well I'll just raise it up a little to take some wieght off the ground." So up goes the front of the van with the three point. I throttled up and let out the clutch. The next thing I know the nose of the H is shooting staight up to the sky, and the wieght of the van is shoving the draw bar straight to the ground. I believe God stepped in and pushed the clutch that day...I honestly don't remember doing it. Just when the tractor was nearly verticle and inches from going over on me, my foot was on the clutch and the front wheels slammed back on the ground. I knew better than to try to pull that heavy piece of crap from a point above the axle. I'm just glad my angel was on my shoulder to save me. If that is your worst mistake, your going to make out like a bandit!

You can never have wide enough tires or heavy enough weights to get all the traction you want … unless you own a monster tractor. U
