If it's a tricycle tractor and the s/n starts with an "F" it's either an f-12 or f14. The f-12 steering shaft runs parallel to the hood, the f-14 is about 6 - 8 inches higher at the steering wheel end. If it's a small wide front tractor with a flat head 4 cylinder, its a cub. The s/n tag for the F series is on the back of the engine, the cub tag is on the right hand side of the front steering/radiator casting.
