I just redone my TA on a MTA. I bought all the parts from International dealer, they had all in stock, I needed all the rollers, springs, pins, and bought the gaskets I needed seperately. I also replaced the Clutch disc on the torque. Parts came to under $250. Did the labor myself. Other costs was the fluid for the rearend. My friend likes the roller system better. but that is his opinion. I like IH parts myself and they are usually cheaper or the same as aftermarket.
