TC-37F, Parts Catalog for the A and B tractors shows both versions in the "Attachments" section. The part number for the Lift-All for a gasoline engine, with the automatic pressure relief is 15200EX. The Lift-All without the automatic pressure relief is 15200ECX. Same part number and later revision letter makes it the newer replacement.

Pamphlet "Instructions For Attaching and Operating the Pneumatic "Lift-All" on the Farmall-A and B-Tractors" dated 3-12-41 includes only the parts for the unit with automatic pressure relief.

"Owner's Manual Pneumatic "Lift-All" for Farmall-A . . ." dated 1-25-45 includes only the parts for the unit without automatic pressure relief.

"Instruction Manual and Parts List Attaching and Operating Pneumatic "Lift-All" Connections for McCormick-Deering Farmall Cultivators B-221, BN-221, B-236, B-238, BN-238, B-435 and BN-435" dated 2-27-48 doesn't cover these parts since they are an attachment for the tractor. But the single illustraction that shows the control handle shows the type with the automatic pressure relief.

"Owner's Manual, Setting Up Instructions, Parts List, McCormick-Deering A-187 Farmall Two-way tractor Plow" dated 3-31-48 doesn't cover the control handle, pressure relief etc. either. It does describe installing the SLIDE PLATE to the bracket that supports the pressure release. The SLIDE PLATE is what releases the handle so the pressure in the lift cylinder automaticly dumps. The SLIDE PLATE is specific to the Two-Way plow. The rest of the automatic pressure relief was a regular part of the early Lift-Alls.

You just need another manual.
