We went out and got ourselves a 1949 Cub. It starts and runs good. Sheet metal is good, no big dings. Radiator leaks a little. Grill screen is banged up. It has hydraulics. Has a PTO but no belt pully. Also no drawbar. Are these parts hard to find? Gears all sound good. It does shift stiff from gear to gear, steering also a little stiff. Is this serious. Rims are good. Rear tires are good, fronts bad but usable. Is changed to 12 volt. Are parts hard to find to bring it back to 6 volt? Seller was asking $1850.00. We agreed on $1650.00. Did I get had, or is this a fair deal? Thanks for any input.
