It is best to paint inside, there are too many variables when you paint outside. Direct sunlight while you are painting can cause problems with drying too fast. Cover everything in the building that you don't want overspray on. If you can set up some type of exhaust fan or get a slight breeze flowing across the building to exhaust overspray. Reducing overspray was one of the reasons I went to a HVLP gun.
