Just stick a screwdriver in the end of the pump with the timing window open so you can see the timing marks then line up the dot on the shaft with the dot in the end of the pump, lube the seals with white lithum greaseand also the inside of the pump housing. then slid the pump onto the shaft till the first seal starts into the pump use a small thin scribe and go around the seal to make sure that it did not roll over then slide the pump on the rest of the way on but do it slowly set the timing and you shoul dbe good to go if you took the pump off at TDC if not make sure that you are at TDC before you strat.
