A 11.2-38 holds 37 gallons. I bought washer solvent at a warehouse club for $.83/gallon. Calcium chloride costs about the same. Anti-freeze is about 3-$4/ gallon. You could mix it a little weaker than 50/50. Get an antifreeze tester and mix it so that the freezing point is just below your lowest temperature it gets where you live. I haven't heard for sure but washer fluid may be hard on the rubber. I put it in one of my tractors but it hasn't been in long enough to tell.
