Hi Paul - I designed, then of my brothers (owns an industrial sewing shop) sewed up those winter fronts for me. Material is a vinyl-coated Cordura(?) nylon with a grommet in each corner. It's held in place with short pieces of shock cord tied thru each grommet and terminated in wire hooks that fit onto the back edge of the grille sheetmetal. The wreath sort of covers it, but there's about a 5" x 10" flap in the bottom center of each cover that's secured with Velcro. When the temp gets to be about 50 deg I gotta peel open that flap to let some air in to the radiator. I can scan and email you a sketch of the winter fronts if you wish - just let me know. ...Bob M
