I don't know about F20's but if your engine has a water pump and thermostat it still has water in the block. On the W30 (same engine as F30) the drain is at the lower left front of the block. On the W and F 30 there was a big decal on the block just above the drain saying "... be sure and drain this petcock.". You don't have much time left to check this out, some pretty cool weather just went through here headed in your direction.
