300U clutch

Took the engine clutch out of tractor,one third of the pressure plate surface is shiny but the rest is somewhat untouched. The springs don't look broken but the fingers don't look like they are at the same height. Is there a specific height for the fingers to be adjusted at? Any ideas would be appreciated.
