Bob, I just finished rebuilding my H bolster shaft and saw your pictures. I don't have a stop bolt nor the shim plate you showed on your rebuild. Although I have a wide front with stops on the axel tubes I'm curious if I should have a shim plate for this rig. Seems like everything fits good the way it is. Since my late father-in-law worked on this thing for many, many years, it's hard telling what got thrown away in his tinkerings. Thanks, Wes
