Mechanical Restoration Prices

I'm neck-deep in a meticulous restoration of a 1941 H. I'm using it as a learning process, as this is my first engine overhaul. I am having about as much fun as you can possibly have with your overalls on! I have no skin left on my knuckles, and can't get the grin off of my face.

I've done about everything I can do, and now need to have the block boiled, the head and valves done, etc. What should I expect to pay for typical machine shop services? What should I pay for a block boiling? A head resurfacing? A full valve job? Magnafluxing?

There aren't many machine shops in my area, and I don't have the luxury of shopping around. I'm in Wisconsin.

I want to do everything right so I've got a mechanically and cosmetically perfect tractor when finished.
