Your right HAAS, The 2nd and addiional sets of weight bolt thru the 2 holes & 2 slots around the outside edge of the weight. Some people bought longer square headed bolts and bolted them to the wheels though. In the late 50's IH made Split weights, 75# per section so You could put weights on the inside of the rear wheels without removing the wheels to put them on & take them off. Weights made after that time have a different contour to the center hole & don't look quite right on the older Letter Series. Best to make sure You get the hardware WITH your weights when You buy them now. 3/4" square headed bolts are NOT a hardware store item now days.
