Jerry - If you're not fussy about originality of your tractor and you want decent lighting, suggest buying (3) of the rubber-housed, sealed beam "tractor" flood lights. NAPA, Auto Zone, etc all have them - figure about $15 each. Your 12 volt system should have no problem handling 3 lights. Mount two lights facing foward and one back. Make sure whatever you mount the lights to is grounded to the tractor frame. Wiring is straight foward. Begin by connecting a fuse holder w/ 20 amp fuse to an ammeter terminal. Use the ammeter terminal that connects to the BAT terminal on the voltage regulator (generator system) or connects to the BAT terminal on the alternator (alternator system). From the fuse holder run #14 or #12 wire to a switch - use a switch rated at 20 amps or higher. Finally from the switch run a #14 wire out to each light and you'll be all set. Now let there be light!!
