Jeff. The bad news is that you need to take off the final drives and long axles. On the left side the long axle will pull right out without removing the seat etc. same on the other side brake pads are there for all to see. Will just slip out. If you need to replace the band take it to you local brake shop who will most likly be able to rivet new material on.
