I have a 1939 Farmall A with the hand crank start. When I bought it, she would fire up cold with one/half crank. It started getting worse until finally nothing, no spark. I changed everything. New plugs, wires, points, condensor, coil, and had the magneto checked, but not replaced. After all that it started pretty good but not great. Now 2 weeks and 3 arces of plowing later, again no spark. Does anyone have any ideas? I'm to the point of trading in the original and buying a new rebuilt complete magneto. Help!
