The only negative to this tractor is no 3 point hitch. If you can find a parted out 806 with an intact 3 point hitch, and have the parts catalog and service manual, you would have a jewel of a tractor. There is an International standard tread 806 near me with 3 point hitch, adjustable front axle, 540/1000 RPM PTO, TA, 7.50-20 front, and 18.4-34 rear tires. The owner uses it on a grain cleaning rig and it has 8000 hours. It still runs great. Good luch and go buy it.
