I'm writing to you because I'me currently restoring an F30. If the tractor has been inside all these years and the engine turns over, that's in your favor. If you can get the valves free, then it's worth it to do just that and see if it will run. If you have to pull the head, you might as well replace the guides, valves, maybe springs, and install new valve seats (nickel, so you can burn unleaded gas. As far as I'm concerned, it makes no sense NOT to do this once you've pulled the head. Just my 2 cents.
