Yes, get rid of the fluid. That stuff is extremely corrosive. There were best case scenarios suggested with the fluid installed but I was in the farm tire business for years and very rarely ever saw rear tires that did not develop slow leaks at some time or another and begin to destroy the rims. By the way watch where you discasrd the fluid. That stuff will kill all vegetation. Would suggest having a tire company remove and discard for you.
