I had IHC 241, same as the 2400 but the 2400 had a few improvement. The suggestion about adding bars might help. The hay must be started on the right side of baler and bale should be dumped so hay can start on the right side. also check the setscrews on the socket that drives the pullin roller, once the socket was not turning and it would not pull in hay. Email me back with other question if needed. An old 2400 or NH 846 can both be a lot of trouble.
