Bruce: Your willing to do the labor is not the expensive part. Buying the new repair pieces is the spendy area I was trying to make. A friend had the axel to the main drive wheel break in two on his machine. That axel, and related parts, cost over $1000. I paid almost $1000 for a bull gear and large roller bearing and some small parts on another machine. My point was you could have problems and have much more than $1500 purchase price in just several internal parts. Who makes cheap drivetrain parts for that model? Most likely nobody. If you just want to play, then maybe you won't care too much. If you want it to do real useful work and make a profit, then you should consider the cost of repair parts. Your choice. ralph
