Someone stole my riding lawnmower a couple of weeks ago, right out of my carport. I am retired and usually home, so someone must have planned it well. I installed a security light, and now I chain everything together....lawnmower chained to the Farmall, etc. A dog would be a good idea....they can't run loose here, but a dog could run in the carport. I'll have to think about that. Good luck..
