You should be able to find a setiment bowl in a salvage yard for little or nothing. Any H setiment bowl will work. As for your carb problem when it is leaking fuel out the bottom of carb, shut the fuel valve off under the gas tank. There should be a gas shut off valve just above the setiment bowl on an original setiment bowl assembly. (Not sure if you are missing the valve as well as the setiment bowl.) This will keep fuel from running out of tank and onto ground. Don't try running the tractor with this carb problem becuase you air fuel mixure for engine is way to rich. Your carb problem is one of the following. Bad shut off needle valve in carb, or a hole in the float allowing it to sink, a stuck float or valve, wrong fuel level adjusted by float, or I have had the pin that the float hinges on work its way out of one of the holes. The pin should be placed in the holes and then crimped so it will stay. You will have to take carb apart and inspect it to see what is causing the valve to not shut off.
