JDM, Maybe I don't understand. Please try again. I am working in under the tractor where the hydraulic pump fits in. I have the pump out. I have the drive shaft nuckle and bolts out. I have the two bolts out that hold the clutch drive shaft yoke up. That lets the clutch shaft slide back. The problem is when sliding the clutch shaft out, the clutch shaft hits the gear cluster shaft before there is clearance for it to come back out of the clutch housing. I have the bolts out of the gear cluster. The gear cluster won't come out as it hits the clutch shaft. Of course my objective is to get the gear cluster out. Thanks.
