SUPER M GOVERNOR SPRING

Went to replace the governor spring on my 1952 Super M. It does not have the 357012R1. Instead, each end makes a tight curl to fit a 1/4" pin. Is that an M&W or what? Where do I get a replacement? //BTW, the 357012R1 fit my 1950 H just fine. //Has the 1/2 moon loop ends; kind of looks like an army cot spring //
